Partner terms

Anyone. Joining is free, and every Flow-Through client is welcome as a partner from day one. These terms are between Flow Through Logic Pty Ltd (ABN 15 697 017 842, ACN 697 017 842), trading as Flow-Through, and you, the partner. They apply from your first confirmed referral.

A referral is confirmed when all of the following happen:

• a new client books through your referral link, names you on the booking form, or tells us on their onboarding call that you sent them; and
• we confirm the attribution with you in writing.

Attribution is set at booking and stays with that client for life. Where more than one partner could claim the same client, the attribution confirmed first in writing stands. Referrals of clients who are already talking with us are confirmed case by case, in writing, before any commission accrues.

You earn 20% of every payment we actually receive from your referred client, setup fees and monthly fees alike, including any custom work they buy, for the life of that client.

• Cash-received basis. Commission accrues when the money lands in our account. An invoice issued and unpaid accrues nothing yet; the commission follows the payment.
• Life of the client. Your percentage continues for every month your referral remains a paying client. They stay three years, you get paid for three years.
• Refunds and reversals. Where a payment is refunded or reversed, including a setup fee waived under our guarantee, the related commission adjusts on your next statement. Commission tracks money we keep, which keeps the program honest on both sides.

• First payout triggers once your referred client has paid their setup fee and their first monthly fee.
• From there, payouts run monthly to your nominated Australian bank account.
• Every payout comes with a statement listing each referred client and each client payment behind the number, so you can check the arithmetic yourself.

Commissions come from client payments and from nowhere else. The program has a single tier: your commission attaches to clients you referred directly, and recruiting other partners carries zero reward. Every dollar paid out under this program traces to a real client paying for a real service.

Either side can end future referrals at any time with written notice, and email is fine. Commissions already earned keep paying: every client attributed to you before the end date keeps generating your 20% for the life of that client, on these same terms.

• Describe the service accurately. The website is the source of truth for prices and for the guarantee, so pointing people at it is the safest pitch there is.
• Refer people who would welcome the introduction. Personal recommendations to people you know are the whole point of the program; bulk unsolicited messaging sits outside it and outside the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
• Partners introduce. Quoting and delivery stay with us, and any promise about scope or timing binds us only when we make it in writing.

Commissions are income in your hands, and GST and income tax treatment are yours to manage. The monthly statement gives you clean records to do it with. Tell us if you are registered for GST and we will handle the paperwork accordingly.

The word partner describes the revenue share. At law you remain independent: this program creates no employment relationship and no authority to act on our behalf. The client relationship itself is governed by our terms of service and privacy policy.

We can update these terms for future referrals with 30 days' written notice. Clients already attributed to you stay on the terms that applied when they were referred. These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
