We build to your shape instead: software that fits the way you already work, gets it right the first time, and arrives as a codebase you own. The build costs a fraction of what an agency would quote, because a lean studio with modern tooling carries none of the overhead. Then the line goes flat.

Safe to leave running.
Autonomy pays off when the system holds its line while everyone is asleep. The boundary sits at the tool call: each job carries its own allowlist, so an agent reaches only for what it was handed. Every external action waits in an approval queue until a person releases it, sends and merges included. This is a priority we hold through the build, ahead of a review pass before launch.

We turned Crucible on its own command line code and it surfaced six defects, every one of them real. The fixes and the defect list live in the commit that closed them, and the run ledger from that session was not kept, so the claim carries the weight the record supports.

We build AI into a product only where it earns its place, and reach for plain procedural logic everywhere else, because deterministic code is usually the more reliable answer. When intelligence does belong, we make it accountable: it reads the input, and the result is always checked.
Automation
Most of it needs no AI at all.
The biggest wins are usually procedural: deterministic steps, wired together, that run the same way every time. We automate the pipeline first and add intelligence only where it changes the outcome. Reliable beats clever.

An in-house tool, meticulously built to kill the hours service businesses lose to quoting. Speak the job on site, and a priced quote lands in Xero in about thirty seconds, so they quote faster and win more work.
