Flow Through Logic Pty Ltd is a Canberra software company. We build automation that runs Australian small businesses’ repetitive work: the enquiry replies, the invoice chasing, the follow-ups and reminders that a person has to remember and a pipeline simply does.

FlowSpec turns a tradie’s voice note on the way home into a finished quote in Xero. Aretia is ours as well. The automation shelf runs on the same engineering: production systems, connected to real email accounts and real accounting data, where a quiet mistake costs a real business real money. That standard is the whole company.

Why deterministic.
Everything we ship is procedural at the core: explicit steps, explicit rules, the same output for the same input, every run logged with what came in, what was checked and what went out. Anything that fails a check stops and asks a person. AI appears only at the edges, where the input is human-shaped, and it runs inside the same validation frame as everything else. Your automation cannot quietly do the wrong thing, and the log proves it.

Then a plain email every month with the numbers, so the arrangement re-earns itself on arithmetic rather than goodwill.
